With my Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management specialising in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience in Customer Service & Success Management, I am responsible for B2C communication as well as guest care and administration.

I am committed to process optimisation by introducing and standardising internal and external workflows in order to ensure efficient property management for our customers and guests.

My expertise in resource and capacity planning from the airline industry enables us to act quickly and adequately in day-to-day business and to coordinate external service providers.

As a part-time freelance photographer and former online marketing manager, I contribute creative solutions to strengthen the presence of our adverts on various platforms. Furthermore, I attach great importance to details in order to create a unique stay for the guests.
